Fantastic -- I have never read this before. What strikes me the most, here, is "and the more often you learn to do it, the more light there will be." I like the implication that the learning is constant, over and over, not something done at once. That has, in fact, been my experience -- doing things, over and over, learning and re-learning. Instead of being overcome, then, more light gets in. Huh.
